Pricing
Our website will invite you to buy in British Pounds, Euros or US Dollars according to your location.
For customers in the UK, our items are priced in British Pounds.
For customers in USA and Canada, our items are priced in US Dollars.
For customers in Europe and the rest of the world, our items are priced Euros
Prices quoted in Pounds and Euros are inclusive of any applicable VAT, GST or other sales tax. Prices quoted in Dollars are exclusive of any applicable sales tax which is added at checkout where applicable.
Clearing international deliveries through customs
For every package that we prepare for delivery outside the United Kingdom, we submit electronic data to the delivery company showing the value and type of goods contained in the order. This data is used to clear the parcel through customs in the destination country. Our delivery partners seek to minimise any delay or inconvenience caused by local customs clearance procedures in the country of destination, by using the latest integrated processes. However, customs authorities retain the right to inspect parcels passing through their jurisdictions and which may on occasion cause delay, outside our control.
International import taxes
Depending on the destination, the electronic customs data may be used to calculate local import taxes payable by the recipient. Any such local import taxes vary throughout the world and are outside of our control. We hope that by reducing the prices for international customers by the rate of VAT, the impact of any local import taxes will be offset or minimised.
